A key part of Eterna Indonesia’s business model is finding top prospects who are eager to work for a U.S. company. Thanks to the ever-changing nature of their workflow, they offer fully remote work setups, competitive pay, and benefits.

Problem

With zero digital presence apart from job listings on Glints, they were facing a problem: not attracting applicants, despite all the perks and benefits on offer. Most applicants thought the job offer was too good to be true due to how unfamiliar Indonesians are with the industry and the fully remote work concept.

Objective

Launch social media accounts on platforms where young professionals reside, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

Graphic Design and Branding

I handle everything from coming up with ideas to carrying them out. My work includes copywriting, graphic design, video editing, and brainstorming content ideas.

My approach

More than memes

The best way to gain followers is to entertain them. I focused on creating sharable content that helped the account grow organically, resulting in a stronger, more engaged follower base. My goal was to create posts that resonate with the audience and show that Eterna Indonesia is a fun place to work.
